There are two Sr. HR Generalists. This position opening is 80% Recruitment, and will back up the other Sr. HR Generalist with regard to Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, New Hire Processing, Strategic Planning. Will attend job fairs.

Oracle Financials Manager
White Plains, NY

In-Depth knowledge of Oracle Financials is required

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Project Management Certification is a plus
· Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

At least 3 years experience implementing Oracle Financials
